These terms apply to use of the Nexum Systems website, cloud platform, Nexum Mobile and companion web applications, optional Companion, and early product evaluation materials. Customer deployments, pilots, regulated workflows, or paid subscriptions may be governed by additional written agreements.
Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about Nexum Systems, request demos, review resources, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Product information
Product descriptions, examples, pricing, and beta availability may change. Workflow demos are illustrative and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or real estate advice.
Beta services and availability
Nexum features, agent packs, connectors, mobile builds, and platform-specific capabilities may be released in phases. Beta services may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or withdrawn. A demonstration of a capability does not guarantee production availability for a particular account, platform, connector, jurisdiction, or regulated use.
Professional responsibility
Nexum agents are designed to assist with triage, drafting, research, organization, and reminders. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving any external action, professional judgment, client communication, clinical decision, transaction, or compliance step.
Accounts, connectors, and acceptable use
You are responsible for authorized account access, accurate organization and billing information, maintaining device and sign-in security, and using connected services in accordance with their terms. You may not bypass approvals, probe another tenant, upload unlawful content, abuse third-party services, or use Nexum for unauthorized surveillance, spam, fraud, harmful automation, or illegal activity.
Consequential actions
When Nexum presents an approval request, you are responsible for reviewing the exact resource, recipients, terms, price, or other material details before approving. Availability of an approval control does not transfer professional or legal responsibility to Nexum.
Regulated data
Do not use Nexum with protected health information or other regulated data unless the applicable workflow has been expressly enabled under appropriate written terms and controls. General beta access does not authorize regulated production use.
Intellectual property
The website, content, product names, visual design, and Nexum materials are owned by Nexum Systems or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law or written permission.
