Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Nexum Systems builds local-first AI agent workflows for professionals. Our privacy approach is designed around a simple principle: sensitive workflow context should stay under the user's control unless the user intentionally connects or shares it.

Information we may collect

When you contact us, request a demo, or join a beta, we may collect your name, email address, organization, role, and the workflow details you choose to provide.

Local-first workflow data

Nexum agents are designed to run close to your own machine and connected accounts. Customer workflow data, prompts, drafts, logs, and connected account content should not be treated as public website data. Production deployments may have separate customer agreements that define storage, access, and retention in more detail.

How we use information

  • Respond to demo, support, and beta requests.
  • Improve Nexum products, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
  • Communicate about product updates when appropriate.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help operate the website, scheduling, email, or support workflows, and only for those operational purposes.
